Legal Aid/ Pro Bono : The philosophy of the Palmigiano Studio Legale

Everyone, regardless of financial means, has the right to access the justice system and receive quality assistance. For this reason, embracing an international best practice, the Palmigiano Law Firm and all its professionals have always been receptive to the social value of being a lawyer, as a choice to devote part of their time and work to defending and/or assisting those in disadvantaged conditions. 

Who can apply for legal aid

Anyone in need of assistance; On condition they do not exceed the income threshold to qualify for legal aid (i.e in 2022 is an annual Income not exceeding EUR 11,746.68 ) and or lack the financial capacity, may contact our firm .

After an initial assessment of the documentation and the case, if the Palmigiano law firm deems that there are exceptions, we will take charge of the complete management of the procedure. 

For instance, the firm points out all the documentation required to prepare the file and supports the client in preparing the application and sending it to the relevant Bar Association office.
